Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, within walking distance of Sydney's best attractions, but the lack of historical ambiance in the rooms was disappointing. The service was warm and welcoming, although some attention was needed in cleaning. The dining options were nice but with slow service.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though on the small side, were cozy and suitable considering the limited time spent indoors. It's unfortunate that the dining area was under renovation as I would have liked to experience dining there.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney close to all the attractions. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. While the rooms were plagued by noise and ongoing renovations, the historical charm of the location added a unique touch. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the homemade pastry breakfasts.
The hotel offers a nice view overlooking the shops with clean and well-appointed rooms, although they are starting to show some signs of wear given the price. The service was warm and welcoming, especially from the concierge, while some staff seemed tired on arrival. The location is superb for exploring key attractions near the harbor, but it can be overpriced. The dining experience was fresh and ample, particularly at their crêperie.
The hotel had a lovely view of the harbour from the small but charming room. However, the room had a persistent musty smell and was only serviced late in the day, causing inconvenience before our event.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with great service throughout and plenty of space to repack my suitcases for a surprise Babymoon. The rooms were a bit no frills for the price but overall comfortable.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect with easy access to Circular Quay, downtown Sydney, trains, trams, and buses. The rooms are tiny and could use a brighter decor, considering the price point. The service was a little fair with some condescending/rude comments made during my stay.
This hotel offers a mix of positives like a central location with easy access to key attractions and lovely surroundings, but its smaller size may limit relaxation options. The service is top-notch with attentive and friendly staff, yet the dining experience lacks variety. The facilities are decent, but there's a missed opportunity for improvement, overall providing good value for your money.
