Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is superb, within walking distance of Sydney's best attractions, but the lack of historical ambiance in the rooms was disappointing. The service was warm and welcoming, although some attention was needed in cleaning. The dining options were nice but with slow service.

The hotel had a lovely view of the harbour from the small but charming room. However, the room had a persistent musty smell and was only serviced late in the day, causing inconvenience before our event.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with great service throughout and plenty of space to repack my suitcases for a surprise Babymoon. The rooms were a bit no frills for the price but overall comfortable.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect with easy access to Circular Quay, downtown Sydney, trains, trams, and buses. The rooms are tiny and could use a brighter decor, considering the price point. The service was a little fair with some condescending/rude comments made during my stay.
